Who provides the consultation
The consultation is given by the psychologist whose page you chose. Payment goes to that psychologist’s merchant account. The site accepts the booking and stores the details needed for the meeting. The psychologist is the provider of the consultation.
Booking and payment
An unpaid booking holds the chosen time for 15 minutes. If payment does not complete in that time, the time is free again. A free consultation and a session taken from an already paid package are confirmed at once, with no separate charge. The page shows the service price. If the display currency is different, the amount that will be charged is shown beside it. The charge is in the service currency, not the display currency. A promo code reduces one payment. It does not apply to a free session or to a session taken from a package. One code per checkout. A promo code and a package are not used together.
Cancelling one paid session
The psychologist sets the cancellation window. If it has not been changed, the window is 24 hours before the meeting starts. Before that window, the time goes back on sale. The payment for that session is marked for a refund. The psychologist returns the money in their own merchant account and then marks the refund in the panel. The card is not refunded automatically at that moment. After the window, after the meeting has started, or if you do not attend, the time stays taken and the money is not returned. Holding the time for a long while is not a reason for a refund.
Rescheduling
A confirmed booking can be moved while no other reschedule request is open. You choose the new time once, with one reason. The psychologist accepts or declines. If they decline, the previous time stays. The psychologist may propose another time. The proposal can be confirmed within 7 days from the link in the email or in the account. A reschedule does not create a second booking and does not charge again. A time that has already passed cannot be chosen. A reschedule can be requested inside the cancellation window while the booking is still confirmed.
Packages
A package is several sessions of one service paid for together. The package price is usually lower than the same sessions bought one by one. The discount is for taking a block of sessions in advance, not for a right to get the money back. Once paid, the package price is not refunded. That includes unused sessions and a case where you held the calendar for a long time. Sessions last for the number of days written on the package, counted from the day of payment. A remainder after that date expires and is not exchanged for money. A session is spent when the booking is confirmed. If you cancel that booking before the window and the package has not expired, the session returns to the package. The package money is not returned. If you cancel after the window, after the start, or you do not attend, the session is used. A package cannot be turned back into cash merely because the time was reserved.
No-show
The psychologist marks a no-show. The payment for a separately paid session is not returned. A package session is not returned.
Data
The controller of the client’s data is the psychologist who keeps the booking. The site stores the name, email and meeting time so the booking can take place.
Changes to this text
The current text is published on this page. The site administrator can change it. A new version applies to bookings and payments made after it is published.
